Move Your Spectora Reports to HomeScope in 5 Minutes
Keep every inspection you've already delivered. Our CSV importer reads Spectora's native export, groups findings, preserves photo URLs, and writes them into your HomeScope dashboard — searchable, shareable, and re-exportable at any time.

Export your Spectora CSV
In Spectora, open Settings → Data Export. Select the inspections you want to bring along (or select-all) and click Download CSV.
Fields we recognise: inspection_id, property_address, severity, category, title, description, recommendation, photo_urls.

Create a free HomeScope account
No credit card. No trial-then-bill trap. Free accounts get one inspection per month to kick the tires — or buy single reports for $12 each as you need them.

Upload on /dashboard/import
Drop the CSV, review the parse preview (row counts, sample finding, any warnings), and confirm. We create your inspections and findings inside a single transaction — partial failures are rolled back, not silently dropped.

Photos?
Spectora CDN URLs are preserved on import, so your existing photos keep loading in the HomeScope share view. You can re-upload any photo to our own storage from the inspection detail page whenever you want full control.
